can anyone answer ?

Since 2019, I am trying to contact the support and I have not received only the same answer, we are banning people who violate the laws of the game, I have not played any cheats ; I am trying to find out the reason for the ban , I have not seen the ID in any PUBG channel or clip of me cheating, so I hope one of the support talk with me , This is my ID 5165927640

The screenshots you provided states that your account has been banned for violating the Tencent Games User Agreement.
Accounts are only suspended for cheating or otherwise violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service: https://www.pubgmobile.com/terms.html.

Violation of ToS that can be anything not just cheating, my friend got Ban for 10 years for using Gameloop client that was not updated to the latest version (for his region there was no auto update, he needed to download it directly from site and reinstall it but regular user doesn't know that...he was so pissed he deleted the game and forget about the game, and few weeks ago he tried to make a new account to go back to game and seems like his old account was unbanned, he was not cheating or anything that was a mistake and he was unbanned 2 weeks after 10 ban notification, he left the game in 2019...he lost game for 4 years thinking this game is such an unfair... this game is no near to be a perfect so does the anticheat and system that autobans when finds "something"... if it was a perfect there cound't be any cheaters in this game but as you can see 500k cheters banned every week or so... system is not a perfect so if not my friends situation i wont even believe when someone said i got 10 year ban for no reason but now i believe...
