Freeboard-SK v2.6.0 beta with support for displaying S57 vector charts is available on NPM.
npm i @signalk/freeboard-sk@beta

If you have installed the 2.6.0-rc2 beta, you can view a S57 chart that has been made available online by adding the configation in the image to the Chart Plugin to view the chart (as shown here).
Note: Chart will be visible at Zoom 13 and higher at Lat 53.163, Lon 5.385
