can’t find verification code
Hi I just got an email this morning and I don’t see the verification code to login in. What should I do I used this email for my claim.

If your application is approved, you can use the email you provided to the in-game customer service when submitting the account recovery request through in-game, @DanWicky. You will need to use the Email/Phone number login option on the login menu of the game and log into the account using the verification code.

You need to contact the customer service using the Contact Us option after you have logged into a PUBG MOBILE account, @DanWicky. You may try to use a guest account or your different account. You do not need to submit another account recovery request.

The email for the customer service is [email protected]. If your account has been suspended, you will need to use the File Claim option when trying to log into your PUBG MOBILE account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
