Incomplete data source and how DH stores stuff

Hi, so I am on a server and I want to know the difference between complete and incomplete data source types and how to avoid incomplete source data in my LOD database, for some reason I have 22% of HighDetailIncomplete despite having a Ryzen 9 7900x3d and "I paid for whole CPU" preset. Also how can it affect performance/detail of the LOD?
