PUBG Support Said They Can't Reset My Account

I sent a request to pubg mobile support after my account was hacked, but they said they couldn't reset it because they didn't have enough information. I'VE HAD MY ORIGINAL EMAIL ON THE ACCOUNT FOR YEARS!!

Well what do I do now, should I just wait out the 7-15 days to link all my socials back again?

I don’t k ow if u can get your account back I had my account hacked during the beginning of January now it’s almost 2 months gone by yet I hadn’t gotten my account they just don’t care
