saving file not allowed due to alert on content
I can't seem to figure out what the issue is and it will not save. What do I do?

can you take a screenshot of the error and post it here
at the bottom of the error there should be a show more? click that to show the full error
Can you try this ...?
1. find your Twitch Cheer alert layer
2. under Alerts, set Bit or bit range to
100
3. try saving
4. if it saves, delete the value from Bit or bit range and save again
