Kickback Scope
Is kickback Railway account scoped or team scoped? If team scoped, is it possible to make it account scoped?

i dont even think teams can get template kickback at all

I feel like it should be account wide, or there should be an option
it should be workspace wide, but as far as i know only hobby accounts can get kickback
example, heres a template thats on a team workspace
