someone stole my account
Someone stole my account. They change the phone number to theirs and the email to theirs. Whenever I try to login they enable two-step verification. I have Twitter account linked and when I login with Twitter it says I need to do two-step verification which one I do that they changed to a different phone number and email, so I can’t do anything. I contacted Support and they said we can’t do anything. What should I do at this point?

And when I try to report to in game customer service I can’t I need 3 more days, but I’m worried that he will unlink my twitter somehow and I will lose full control

its riddiculous, the hacker stole my old account (abandoned last 1-2 years).
it linked to her/his mobile number and email.
when try to re-claim, and the customer support is asking for last 6 months data.
its so stupid, the hacker must have more information than us for sure.
since he/she play it everyday since they took the account.
and it makes very hard for us to provide the accurate information for claiming.
Same thing happened to me around 2 months ago now I lost my account which I spent so much money I just hate this so much
I try to claim my account several times and each time my claim is denied
there is a very low chance u will be able to get your account back
PUBG is just money hungry these days they don’t care about us people
