Unable to upgrade to pro
None of my cards in UK work to upgrade to pro plan. Can i get some help on this?

Hi the payment keeps on failing when i try to upgrade to pro
please head over to https://help.railway.app/questions and open a thread there, then when either me or another moderator see the thread we will escalate it to thr team! discord is for community support
ok ok thanks, it seems that a lot of people are having this issue too
yeah there's a lot of people having billing issues today, so I've also directly asked in my chat with the team
stripe's status page isn't showing any signs of issues at least

Hey! Is there an estimation when payment-related threads will be resolved? My credits are about to expire and I still can not pay the invoice 😦
its currently the weekend so the team will likely work through them during the week days, do you already have a private thread on the forum?

super curious as to why you think that makes it private? (it doesn't)
I just did not see an option to mark it as private, thus mentioned it so moderator would make it private 😄
gotcha, so for clarification, only a pro user can open a private thread, and only a moderator can escalate a thread to private
