Unable to upgrade to pro

None of my cards in UK work to upgrade to pro plan. Can i get some help on this?

yeah there's a lot of people having billing issues today, so I've also directly asked in my chat with the team stripe's status page isn't showing any signs of issues at least resolved

I just did not see an option to mark it as private, thus mentioned it so moderator would make it private 😄

gotcha, so for clarification, only a pro user can open a private thread, and only a moderator can escalate a thread to private link to me to thread and I'll make it private
