banned randomly, appeal button doesn’t work?

Possible to submit an appeal here? Appeal in app doesn’t work. Got banned for something I didn’t do. Thanks

That didn’t help Says “file a claim” when signing in but when I hit that, it says 0 penalties found How do I contact support
