I need reason
This is the 3rd acc that been banned. Idk if people took serious or not. Do i have ways to know the reason of why i was banned? (it said violating rules but what rules?) And, the ban were 10 years without any warning ban. I didn't do file claim just yet since i need info on how to do the things properly. Might play another game if this not taken seriously smh. How can I contact the customer department if the request is rejected?
