I’ve done that for more that 7 time it doesn’t work.
If your claim was not accepted, it could mean that the information you provided were not accurate.

Bro I’m already wrote everywhere, to every person who can help me. But nobody can. I wrote letters to customer support via e-mail. I did every possible thing, but still have no success.

I have all answer, screens, previous devices names/number. Numbers of phone connected with acc before, I know all nicknames I have used before in da game, but algorithm in-game can’t do nothing. I did it 8 times, and still loose, sir. Help me please
Moreover, I cannot log into that account, and therefore I will not see the updates that will be provided to me. I wrote to tech support today and yesterday by email, they respond with prepared phrases that they use to answer everyone, I really need support and a live person with whom I can sort out the situation and get mine account back. A lot of time and money have been invested into it.
