Our Server and RCON is down
We got DDOS attacked for the last week, so we contacted our Hosting for some rules and firewall. Just a moment ago, we just got attacked again, and now out BM is dead.

You'll. Need to whitelist the BM IP ranges. If you edit your server's connection settings, I believe they are listed on that screen along with some tests.
Just out of curiosity what did they Ddos you with (like what rules did you have to make)
