Cloudflare 2FA email
Hi,
I'm trying to access my account after getting a new phone and because of this I lost my 2FA. I originally submitted the request on the 8th of this month and haven't heard back. How long does it typically take to get a response? I don't want to submit another request just incase it takes even longer. I need access to my DNS records 😢

Did you get a ticket number for the request?

I just clicked on "Try recovery"
Alright no problem, in that case fill out the form on https://dash.cloudflare.com/login-help and then ping me with the ticket number once its open and I will handle it personally so that you don't have to wait again

@Erisa Hi erisa, I got the same problem and already got option on email to delete my account then recreate it. But when I replied to the email "Yes, delete my account" there is no response. Please help, what I need to do now? my case is # : 01196981
Please create a new thread instead of reviving an old one, I don't work for Cloudflare anymore so I can't help in the same way as I did here
