hey i received an email from pubg mobile that my account recovery request has been approved but when i use to login with the email that i used to link with my game account i cant receive the verification code

That should be known to you as you are the one who submitted the account recovery request, @Gash. When you submit the account recovery request, you need to provide an email. If your application gets approved, all the previously linked social media accounts are removed from your PUBG MOBILE account and only the email you provide to the in-game customer service will be linked to your PUBG MOBILE account. You will need to use that email on the login page of the game to be able to log into your PUBG MOBILE account.

If it still does not appear on your email, please try to contact the in-game customer service and try to receive the verification code again after 24 hours. so the email i should enter is it the first email that i linked to my account before they stole it or the new email that is on the screenshot

@Quendi Thanks for your help i found the problem the one who hacked my email blocked pubg mobile from sending me mail so when he get to the account i wont see the notification or the mail box
