Hello, @FBI IS COMING! The end time is always 23:59:59 in UTC on the date mentioned on the event for all in-game activities that do not specify anything else.
Means 22 night
The end date for the current Purchase Gifts event is February 22. As it does not state the end time, it should be at the end of the day at 23:59:59 in UTC, @FBI IS COMING. It means that event will be available until February 22 at 23:59:59 (UTC+0).
