So when k try and purchase the new research for skaymin and the hatch research it keeps on saying 'item not found' or something along those lines. Not sure what to do

Can you give the exact error message? Does this happen after you attempt to pay for it?

Were you using any spoofing app while purchasing?
Just the pgsharp but I've bought stuff in the past while having it on
