hello, is it possible to unban an account that fell under a wave of random bans on 01/04/2022 ?

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service: https://www.pubgmobile.com/terms.html, @Подпивасные дела. If you believe that your account was wrongfully suspended, please utilize the File Claim option when trying to log into your account. Please note that we unfortunately cannot help you through the community with account suspensions.
They will deny me amnesty because a lot of time has passed since the blocking.
I also tried to select a blocking date, but I cannot select a date before 2023
Email requests are missed or they reply that they can’t help, even though I didn’t violate anything.
