I cant find any downloads for shaders
when i look up iris shader packs all I get is the iris system download and no packs

Iris does NOT come with Shaders pre-installed.
You have to provide your own obtained shaders and place them in the "shaders" folder in the Minecraft root as Zip files
You can obtain Shaders by simply looking in Curse Forge website or look for videos in YouTube and pick the one you like more.
If you use modrinth there is a shader option in the search page
