The support service sent me the application number so that I could review the application results and I need to enter this code on the application page, and where can I find that page?

Hello, @Oleksiy. Do you mean an Account Recovery claim?
Yes
Please tap on the Help button located at the top right side of the login screen, tap on Third-Party Platform Login Issue, tap on Account Recovery and then finally tap on Claims Record. You can then enter your claim number to view the results.
