Railway unfortunately replaced the free starter plan with a paid hobby plan
it works the same except you pay 5 dollars a month
but it has 5 dollars of monthly usage included, so the first 5 dollars of every month is free...

only way for you to deploy code on Railway would be to upgrade to the paid hobby plan
