Account stolen two days ago.
Hi, thanks for your patience.
Two days ago someone logged in my account and changed the email. I realized it after receiving an automatic mail from the pubg security.
I tried using the in-game account recovery tool but I don’t remember the UID and by using my normal Id it says it doesn’t exist.
Can someone help me? Or give me a way to contact the support? Any in-game way to ask help as I said is not working.

You can ask your friends for the player ID or make a guest account to search on your own, @Emafra.

I’m trying to search for my nickname but it doesn’t find it.. maybe they changed it. Is there a way to contact directly the support through emails?
I had many friends but I don’t remember their names as last time I played was one year ago.. All I have is my previous email, probably current email of the account as I have it from the automatic message I receveid.
My nickname, my registration date, screenshots.
Can tell you here my nickname if you want, but searching in-game doesn’t find it.. they maybe changed it

Actually I’m starting to lose hope.. Quite a shame as I spent some money on it and reached Ace master sometimes
