My Pubg account got hacked
I didn’t played for a year and i heard for past few months someone was playing on my account and I tried to login he have put a second verification and his number and 8 numbers for verification codes. I still have my twitter and gmail and my 3rd email login id but I cant login due to 2nd verification code. Please help i spend like more then 3 years on that account and now its hacked like that.

I have even provided to the customer service in game but they always denied my requests like 5 times even i have showen my purchases record but still they reject it I dont know what to do now.

This means that the information you provided to the customer service is not accurate. If you are not able to provide them the accurate and required information, it is not possible to confirm that you are the owner of the account. You will need to contact the customer service again and make sure that you provide them with all the required and accurate information.
Now i already upgraded to a new phone and deleted everything, so you mean my account is gone forever after wasting my 3 years on a account and buying uc spending my money is all gone because I cant give you guys enough propfs wow what a multi millionaire games management system

I have videos of my account but they are useless according to the management of pubg mobile because thats not enough
I have provided everything right but the management is busy for nothing rather helping us recover our accounts that we worked so hard to level up and spend money on it. im feeling regret why did I spend my time in this game because the customer service doesn’t care about the real owner of the account, if some random dude login and add a verification to your account then rip account even god can’t help getting it back
