Hey,@dewana_to! You may encounter issues with your ping due to your network environment and/or your internet connection. You can try to reset the network settings of your device or try to switch to a different internet connection or switch between cellular and Wi-Fi.

Hi dear mark thanks a lot for your helpful reply i have a fast mobile data (cellular) connection which is LTE 40mbps + and my wifi connection is 10mbps I encountered this issue last season but it got fixed after a week it’s General problem on my mind because every season it happens with me
I tried to reach costumer service of PUBG mobile to chat with someone i tried a lot but there’s no way i can reach costumer service regarding this issue 😔
