Failed to applyed changes of service

The railway seems to updated its re-deploy strategy. I remember in the past days whenever I make a change of env variables it will soon trigger a re-deploy. But now it only shows an "Edited" icon and do nothing. I have tried to "Restart" and "Redepoly" manually but the "changes" are not applied. I also tour the whole UI and the doc, now I still don't know how to make my moderation affective. Please Help Me Thanks! :salute:

there would be a Deploy button on screen, please click it
