URGENT: I just got charged $45.17 and I have no idea why?
I need someone who can help me escalate this to the right person. I was just charged $45.17 which doesn't make sense, because I am on a trial account that I haven't touched.
This error is possibly stemming from an account that I used to manage for my previous employer, but I haven't had access to that account or the associated login for over a month now, and we already removed my billing info from the account awhile ago.
