OBS and Photo Shop issues please help
Hello and Good morning I am currently trying to set up a Pokémon stream and I am having problems setting up some of the background and I am also having trouble with editing the layout with photo shop and would love help with it if i can get it if you might know how to do it please message me personally my DM's are always open to help thank you.

Ok the point of making a thread and asking for help is to… state your actual problems and the tangible things you need help with.
I am trying to set up a overlay for Pokémon heart hold on OBS and I’m having trouble downloading some of the apps that I need for it and setting certain things up in the obs and photoshop that I require assistance
That's still not very specific. "Some of the apps" which ones?

I was at work but apps are Pokémon HUD download and python

There's a section there for Windows that guides you on what to do
Basically install Python as instructed in the
Windows section
Then go through the Install Instructions
Then go to the next section of Libraries and so on from there
