Hi, we have a fix in for this issue. Can you try again please?
hey @matt , this field is now disabled and the failed indicator still shows
Are you on the pro plan?
only pro plan users should be able to use regions atm
Yep we are
This all happened because I tried to migrate haha
My company is on the pro plan
click the big
Reset
button inside the Volume's config
actually it looks like that db is gone in your project? I only see Mongo. and that warning is gone. do you want to try and migrate again? should work nowSorry for not catching up here, I'm still seeing it but I can't find the reset button?
e1f13ef9-56d4-4e6d-bc66-d9a681804cf8 is the service id from cmd-k
scroll down?
Will take a look in a sec
im not seeing any reset button here, unless you mean wipe or delete @Brody
on the service neither
this bad boy sticking around though
reset button was likely only for admins then
at this point i might just delete and remake it and notify my team of the new DB url
see if migration works on a fresh volume
to make it clear its environment e07b7401-6dfa-4475-abe2-74ea310b8061, called "staging"

i dont mind deleting and resetting if the issue is fixed but cant be retroactively applied, but just want to make sure im not destroying the db for no reason haha
if you're okay with deleting and makeing a new one, that would be much faster
cool no worries. if it happens again youll know pretty soon haha. will come back here in a sec to update on that
