Removing title from relationmanager and remove "View" from ViewRecord

Hi Sorry if this has been asked before, i have searched for it without finding anything. How could i remove the elements marked with a red circle? The top one is the "View" name in a ViewRecord, i just want it to show the TitleAttribute. The second one is the title for a relationmanager.
