Hi, I filled out a form in the technical support of the game on the site. I have my application number, which was sent to me by email, but I can't find where to view the application status on the website. How do I find out the status of my application and will I receive a reply by email?

Hello, @Shontelle! The only recommended way to contact the customer service is through in-game. You can contact the customer service through the main menu using the Customer Service option located in the Account settings of the game and through the login menu using the Help option located at the right side of the screen.
I can't use the game because I'm not allowed into my account, this is the reason I contacted support
If you are not able to access your account, you can use the help option located at the login menu of the game to contact the customer service, @Shontelle.
