security question
My friend got banned for anti competitive behaviour which is crazy (is what it is) he’s filing a claim but doesn’t tell the duration of the ban he isn’t cheating so is his account permma banned or ??

Accounts are suspended for violating the PUBG MOBILE's terms of service: https://www.pubgmobile.com/terms/, @LU3KY. Your friend may be able to check the duration of the account suspension on the account suspension dialog box or by using the File Claim or Details options.
Please refer to #faq sub point 2.12 for more information regarding account suspensions and use the File Claim if you want to appeal for an account suspension.
@Quendi he clicked file claim option this is what it shows
If it shows no violations how’s he banned ?
Gives no timer duration or any further information so is it a bug with the security system ?
If there is a dialog box showing the account is suspended when trying to log into the account, it means that it is suspended, @LU3KY. Please share a screenshot of the account suspension dialog box.
Normally there’s a box if he’s been 10 year banned that gives a duration
Has your friend tried to scroll the message by holding the finger on the dialog box and check if the date is mentioned at the bottom, @LU3KY?

@Quendi he has to wait 300 seconds to get back into the file claim option I’ll @ you when I have further information.
