My name is Abubakar Shaikh, and I am a member of the Nexenstial LLP team. I recently encountered an issue with my Railway account, which was banned due to "Trial Plan Abuse." I believe this was a misunderstanding and would like to provide context regarding the situation.
Initially, I registered for a Railway account using my personal email address. However, upon instruction from my manager, I was required to create a new account using my company email address. In the process of transitioning my account, I encountered an issue where my personal email's GitHub account was inadvertently connected to my new company email Railway profile. In an attempt to rectify this, I inadvertently triggered multiple deletion attempts, leading to confusion in the transition process.
I want to emphasize that there was no intention on my part to abuse the trial plan offered by the Railway.app . The ban on my account was an unintended consequence of the account transition process, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstanding it may have caused.
As a member of Nexenstial LLP, I am committed to adhering to Railway's terms of service and utilizing the platform responsibly for hosting projects that are integral to my professional responsibilities.
I kindly request your reconsideration in unbanning my account associated with the email address [email protected] so that I may continue utilizing Railway.app for my work projects.
