Keeping the bot from removing level reward roles
Is there a way to prevent the bot from removing level reward roles from people that already have the role prior to reaching the level?

No. Leveling Role Rewards are meant to be fully managed by the bot.
might be a nice addition to have a switch for that, i have a case where there is no prior level data, but there was still a kind of "active member" role, being handed out manually, and i dont want people to loose their role when they level up once
It would potentially contain unexpected behaviour, since there are commands to manipulate the xp/levels of users, including removing or even resetting levels.
