New Elgato 4K Pro - No 4K60 in OBS
So, I bought a new 4K Pro to stream and record my PS5. However, I'm can't get it to display in OBS in 4K resolution. I am aware of the 60Hz limit, as the attached screenshots show, I have my PS5 limited to 60Hz, and both 4K Capture and the Capture properties in OBS show that the input is 2160p60. However, it still only displays a picture in OBS when I am using 1080p resolution. Not sure what is wrong with my settings.

What about Device Default for the format? Instead of manually specifying?
Does it let you capture in 4K in 4KCU?
Well, I don't even know what was going on now. I had managed to get it running with video format set to P010 in the source properties. Left this up to see if anyone had a better solution. I turned it back on to get a screen shot for you and it's working with no problems. On just about any settings combo. I'm gonna mark this as solved I guess. Hopefully it doesn't re-occur.
