More detailed Question about Cloudflare Image / Video Copyright
I would like to know if it would make a difference how Cloudflare takes action against my account in case of a copyright claim on images, videos or sounds. Is the probability higher that the account will be blocked after a while if you host the images etc. yourself, and if you host it with Cloudflare Images or something like that, is the probability lower?

All the information is available on https://www.cloudflare.com/trust-hub/abuse-approach/
It is not a subject that anyone except the T&S team could elaborate on further and its extremely unlikely you'll get a response from them here

The most relevant line would probably be right at the bottom under "When Cloudflare terminates services"
We may suspend or terminate hosting services, however, if we conclude that those services have been repeatedly used to store content in violation of our policy and that no meaningful steps have been taken to address the issue. Other services will only be terminated in narrowly defined circumstances, consistent with our Human Rights Policy, where we conclude that termination is required by laws that are precise, transparent, and legitimate under human rights law, or voluntary termination is consistent with established limitations to freedom of expression under international human rights, such as protecting the rights of others, and termination is an appropriate and proportional way to address the concern.however I recommend reading the whole page for the full context, there is also a relevant section "When Cloudflare removes or blocks access to content"
okay
thanks
