I DONT GET MY VERIFICATION CODE
The Problem I am facing is that Like 8 months ago I couldnt Login to my account through Entering Password.So then I started to login through Email Verification code and like 3 months ago I stopped recieving Email verification codes from Pubg I dont recieve any type of email from Pubg now Like 2 months ago I stopped trying. Now from the past 20 days im trying to Login again but cant. And I cant even change the password . Can anyone tell what should I do plsssss

1. Ensure that the email address you entered is the same as the one you have linked to your game account.
2. Check whether you have whitelisted these 2 email accounts:
* [email protected]
* [email protected]
3. Check whether the verification code is in your spam folder.
4. Avoid requesting a verification code too frequently. If you have already made multiple attempts to request a code, it is recommended to wait a while (at least 24 hours) before trying again.
* If the problem persists, please contact the in-game customer service. Refer to subpoint 5.4 in #faq for further information.
I have done everything
@Mark When I try to contact the In-game support
I fill out everything on first page like
Uid
Network Carrier
Device model
All that on the first page
But on the second page it says me to enter my email address I do that and it asks for a verification code so tell me what to do I dont get verification code
