broken shadows on all of my shaders
sorry about this question but why shadows in every shader at my pc is just this crappy stairs-like thing?
i tried to reinstall iris, i tried to use optifine, i tried to fully reinstall graphics card drivers but absolutely nothing changes. i really don't know how to fix this, and i know that shadows are not looking so on my older pc...

also on some shaders they're look like this and this is pain to watch
Start with basics, what shaders you tried? What are your pc specs?
Try increasing shadow sample quality in shader settings -> performance settings
Or setting shadow smoothing to “sharp” or “very sharp” in lighting
on the pics there are complementary shaders and vanilla plus but every other shaders work just like these.
pc specs:
r5 5600h
16 gb ram
gtx 1650 + radeon vega 7 integrated
these things don't work at all.
actually, shadow resolution makes them much better but only on 8192/16384 - but on these settings the game is just unplayable with 1-2 fps
Can you send a screenshot of your F3 menu
Try resetting your driver settings and updating your sodium and Iris. That version is pretty old at this point
resetting driver settings didn't help.
and about updating things - this problem was on 1.18.2/1.19.4 with even older versions of sodium/iris too. actually don't think that updating solves this, but i'll try.
@Slooshie i updated minecraft - and like i said before, nothing changed at all
