Hey ladies and gentlemen, I met a hacker in a match, reported him and sent proof to Reddit and despite everything he was labeled as a "non-hacker"? why is that needed for this?Information on how the system works with the report

I have so many videos on my phone I post it and it brings in nothing because he is labeled as not a hacker anyway. I need help from a moderator who watches the videos and forwards them accordingly or not to the security team
