2 Sleeping Instances?
There's two sleeping instances and the delete button does not show.

also one was created last night then the next around 8:30 AM
(8:30 is when I redeployed it)
hrm.. so you did a Redeploy while it was sleeping, and it just deployed another one which then slept too?
