Verification code is not coming

If you are unable to receive the verification code, we recommend checking the following:
1. Please ensure that the email address you entered is the same as the one you have linked with your game account.
2. Please kindly check whether you have safelisted these 2 email accounts, "[email protected]" and "[email protected]".
3. Please check whether the verification code is in your spam folder.
4. Please avoid requesting a verification code too frequently. If you have already made multiple attempts to request a code, we recommend waiting a while (at least 24 hours) before trying again.
If the problem persists, please reach out to the in-game customer service. Refer to subpoint 5.4 in #faq for further information, @Elysiøn.
