Hello, @walidmhammdi. Please reach out to the customer service through the login menu of the game using the Help option located at the right side of the screen. This means that the information you provided to the customer service is not accurate. If you are not able to provide them the accurate and required information, it is not possible to confirm that you are the owner of the account. You will need to contact the customer service again and make sure that you provide them with all the required and accurate information.

@delfin Yes, I understand that well, and I mentioned to them in a personalized message the reason for the loss of the account, but they ask for some information in a specific period of approximately 6 months, but as for me, I have not logged into the account since approximately 2020, and this is a very long period compared to what they are asking for.
