Chunks not loading at all in multiplayer?
No clue what the cause is, I render some new chunks but the second they leave my render distance there are no LODs replacing them like in singleplayer. Is there a server setting I need to tweak?

No it should work fine on multiplayer without tweaking settings
Using other mods? Did you try with just DH? Does it work in singleplayer? Logs?
Always give as much info as you can when asking for support
