account hacked
I lost my account on December 02 2023, and have files 10 claims up to date, with all being rejected due to wrong answers or wrong used devices. AAnd I’m answering correctly and using my device that I used from 2021. I’ve emailed them and all I get is bots replying. I even sent UC purchase records and even midasbuy purchases.What more can I do to prove my ownership.

Hey! @Vivek. I truly understand your concern. But only the in-game customer service can assist players with account-related issues, so please cooperate with the support agent when they ask you to provide some information to prove your ownership of the account.
@Mark I get you bro, but I was just wondering why there’s not like actual people you can talk to yk … always the automated messages, and they barely restrict any other login because of “security reasons” like I don’t understand why they didn’t revoke a guy from Indonesia logging into an account in the USA.. that’s just doesn’t make sense to me
