Please contact the in-game customer service for further assistance with compromised or stolen accounts, @MAUZ. Please make sure that you provide the customer service all the required and accurate information and submit the account recovery request from a device that you use more often to log into that PUBG MOBILE account.
If the customer service cannot approve your request, your only option is to contact them again and make sure that you provide them all the accurate and required information. Your other option is to create a new account and continue playing the game.
