Hello, I've asked for help several times here, and no one has ever helped me!
Now the person or people who were hacking my account have managed to get me .....
To be honest, several people are having this same problem, and the support doesn't help at all, always generic answers and without a shred of conscience, this was my only PUBG account and I lost it due to poor game support
I'M ALREADY TIRED!!!
I HAVE ALL THE PROOF! I've been asking for help since last year! But no, it's always ingame support, BUT INGAME SUPPORT DOESN'T WORK, "try to do this, try to do that" I WANT SUPPORT!
I'm already tired, it took years to conquer every thing in my account, only to lose when I wasn't even in the game

My account was hacked because of Tecent security! My account doesn't have a password, I log in with Play Games
And they enter using password I guess
BUT WHAT PASSWORD??!!
My play games account is safe and they didn't get in through it

We unfortunately cannot help you with this any further through the community, @zSpy. Accounts are suspended for violating the PUBG MOBILE's terms of service regardless of who has been using the account.
As your account security is your own responsibility, in the future, please make sure that you keep your PUBG MOBILE account secure by making sure to never share your personal account information with anyone and make sure to enable secondary verification for both your social media accounts and PUBG MOBILE account.
Please avoid repeatedly asking about the same matter as we cannot help you through the community. You will need to contact the in-game customer service should you require further assistance with this.
Generic answers, the consequence of the suspension was because of you, with your generic answers, and who said that the responsibility for the security of my account is mine alone? I always login with play games, I want a contact email, I want to resolve my account problem and I want it back
I've been asking for help for over months and you haven't tried to move a single step to help me. But that's just because I'm just any "player"
I need support outside of the game(impossible to access it in the game!!), it can be via email or website link
I need to explain everything that happened, and it wasn't under my control
