Apply Change Problem

I created a new project with a Postgres database and wanted to change the region from US West to EU West. When I change the region, a new popup appears at the top where I can confirm my changes. But the Deploy button does not work, and the Details button generally gives the error "Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information)." The only thing that works is undoing my changes. Project ID: fe784e00-09d1-4d82-9568-4c791668350a

trying to reproduce with no luck. is this the only project you see this issue? if you attempt to change the region in another of your projects, can you at least get to "Details"? also curious if you change other values, like add a variable, do you get the same error?
