Database service is removed

Hello, my Trial plan ended, so I suscribed to hobby plan, but my database mysql shows "removed". Is there a way to recover the MySQL database with its data? Deployment ID: 0d92e5cd-ded5-4a21-a6a3-a951be7b9405. Thanks in advance!
