Buy or order custom made topcoat/overcoat?
Hello, I have been looking for a cameltopcoat/overcoat my size with it being made from a good % of wool for about 2 months now, but I just can't find one.
My size in clothing is pretty small (height: 168cm/5'6, chest: 90cm, waist 28 inches).
Since I live in Kyiv, Ukraine, I may not have as broad of a selection of clothing as some other countries, but i'm sure i'll fine something. So far I have found two, three, maybe 4 topcoats that fit me in my shoulders OR waist, but never both. All of those topcoats/overcoats however, are always around 50/50 synthetic fabrics and wool, which I would not like since this is going to be a pretty expensive purchase, so i'd like it to last for a long time.
I wouldn't mind buying one online, but I would like to try it on myself by going to their store (which is what I've been doing some of the time). If this will not be an option, I can take my measurements and risk buying one online without trying first.
The average price for topcoats here is 4000-5000 UAH (100-125 euros). If I'll buy one, I'll also have to tailor it because I am yet to find a topcoat that has the length I want (mid thigh) and sleeve length, which will be an additional 1500-3000 UAH (40-75 euros). A topcoat being made up from more than +/- 50% wool will cost even more, if I will even find one my size.
Ordering a custom made topcoat costs from 5500-15000 UAH (135-375 euros) NOT including the material, but at least it will be my size and i will not have to tailor it.
What do you guys think I should do? This is my first time looking for/buying one, so do any of you have any tips or advice?

Forgot to add, my budget would be something around 200 euros. If I'll need to pay more for something good, then i'd rather do that than buy twice. Otherwise, the less, the better

pretty normal
like a normal city except sometimes air raids happens so stuff gets interrupted because everything closes, and sometimes at night we get bombed

this coat is probably made to showcase the fabric of the maker; it mostly just sells fabric

I don‘t think so; chest circumference should fit you quite well! you don‘t want it too slim fit!
I‘d be more worried about shoulder width as 40cm is quite narrow

I don’t think you’ll find anything cheaper! Doesn’t Ukraine have a really good vintage / secondhand market? I always see sellers from Ukraine on Etsy
I’d also try not to change length; the short overcoats are a bit of a fad from the 2000s/2010s that, I think, rightly is going out of style again.

A long overcoat is not going to look as good on me as something a bit shorter
I've tried different ones and i prefer the shorter ones, more specifically mid thigh
