crew bug

How do I fix this? I've invited my teammate but he hasn't received anything and it's been 2 days and it just says already invited. He can't even find the crew when trying to search for it. I've tried inviting him before registration for ATC does anyone have a solution? This happened with another teammate but randomly when he opened the game the next day the crew appeared.
