Account Recovery
Maybe I'm being a bit too impatient but I'm hoping for a bit of steer. On Friday last week, I submitted a 2FA recovery request and haven't heard back.
I've now submitted a ticket (3129584) where the bot has advised me to make a file upload/edit to each site in my account - I can't do this as the whole reason I need to login is to correct the DNS records for these sites.
Am I screwed?

Reply to the bot explaining why you can't do that, and when the bot gives up it will route the ticket to a human who will offer alternative verification methods based on what you have available
I responded but didn't receive an acknowledgement, is that normal? I provided transaction ID's and a bit more information in my response too.
To my knowledge there isn't an acknowledgement for replies (unless of course the bot auto responds to them), so chances are its in the queue. I can't check it right but I can have a look on Monday if nobody responds before then
